The 1950B.5 Soil Water Sampling Plate is specifically designed to be buried beneath in situ or laboratory soil columns to collect drainage. The sampling plate is 10.5" (27 cm) in diameter, with Butyl rubber backing and a stainless steel outflow stem on the bottom side. The bubbling pressure of the porous ceramic plate is in excess of 0.5 bar (50 kPa) and has high-flow characteristics.
